Transmitter
RS232 Communications - PC control of switching commands where functions
can be grouped for power on/off control. In addition it can be used to carry
out diagnostic tests, obtain status information, set date and time and configure
operational timetables.
Building Management Systems (BMS) Connections - Connections available for
volt-free contacts that can be linked into BMS controls to operate devices
such as thermostats, time clocks and intruder alarms where a PC is not connected.
Mains adapter - Provision of an unregulated 12V DC power supply
Receiver
Switched load - On receiving a switching command, a relay is activated which
turns power on/off. With common neutral connection the switched live connection
provides a live feed for the appliance. Receiver unit has bi-directional
communications allowing for status feedback to main control system.

Approved under article 10.2 of the Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Directive 89/336/EEC and paragraph 51 (d) of the UK Statutory Instrument
1992 No 2372 under EN 61000-6-3 for Emissions and EN 61000-6-1 for Immunity.
